I can NOT recommend them enough!!! My Ac went out over night and I messaged at 6 on a Saturday morning and they were at our house by 7am! Had to order parts so they loaned us portable units to get us cooled off until parts came in! Stefan let us know the part came in and had it installed a few hours later!!! Arizona summer, 115° in the shade. And our AC decides to take a vacation! Cue the dramatic sweating, fans on full blast, and ice packs everywhere! Enter Qualm, our HVAC heroes! They showed up the same day, diagnosed the issue, and within an hour had our unit back to blowing sweet Arctic air! No upselling, no nonsense, just cool air and cooler service. Stefan was like the James Bond of hvac. He was neat, respectful, fast and spoke in terms us non-techy people can understand. We highly recommend them if your AC is acting like it's on strike. Cassandra communicated with me immediately and chatted with me to figure out what my concerns were. We were able to schedule Stefan to come out the next day to look at my AC which was making a weird squealing noise. Stefan ran tests on different parts and showed me the results and took the time to explain what that meant. He also looked at my AC unit inside the house and showed me how it had been collecting dust/animal hair and he cleaned it for me for no charge. Stefan was very patient with all of my questions. My AC needed two parts replaced and Stefan picked the parts up on Monday and was able to come out the same day to install them so I no longer had to worry about my AC not working.
